MyCase Client Portal

MyCase Client Portal provides a secure environment for sharing case information, billing information, and communicating with clients. 

You will receive a welcome email from MyCase containing your login instructions and a link to set up your secure password.

Once you click the link to activate your portal, you will be asked to create a password, and then you will be redirected to the portal login. You will then be able to view all items Chhokar Law Group, PC has shared with you (e.g. documents, invoices, messages), as well as send private messages and upload documents.

DecisionVault Client Portal

DecisionVault is an intake portal, which makes it easy for you to fill in an online questionnaire and share your information securely with Chhokar Law Group, PC. The portal is user-friendly and mobile-friendly.

Simply start the process by creating an account, where your information is protected. You can log out and come back at any time to resume where you left off in the process, add more information, or make changes. Once you are finished, click the blue submit button and the attorney will be notified.
