Upon receiving her B.A. in Criminal Justice from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, Mara went on to complete an M.A. degree in Peace & Justice at the Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies at the University of San Diego. Prior to joining Chhokar Law Group as a legal assistant, Mara gained diverse experience as a co-facilitator at a domestic violence rehabilitation program, a client services specialist at a financial consulting firm, and an intake specialist at New Zealand’s leading mental health organization, among other roles.

Now serving as the Office Administrator at Chhokar Law Group, Mara’s multifaceted skill set and driven approach to success make her an invaluable asset to the firm. Her exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently, allowing our lawyers and paralegals to dedicate their efforts to serving our clients and their cases.

In her spare time, Mara enjoys being active, working out, spending time outdoors, and adventuring with her beloved rescue dog.
