Donna is a Paralegal Studies graduate of UC San Diego. Before making the switch to the legal field, she was an Emmy award-winning journalist and worked in television stations around the country.

Donna’s legal career began in California Lemon Law, working as an intake specialist. She then joined Chhokar Law Group, and currently works with the Litigation team on all Trust and Estate dispute matters. Donna’s extensive investigative background adds an extra layer of thoroughness for our clients, while her specialized writing skills strengthen our firm’s written communications and legal arguments. 

When she is not in the office, Donna enjoys spending time with her son and husband and attending as many live theater performances as possible.
